Print-On-Demand Shipping Policy (Printify)

All products sold through BentFace are produced and shipped via a third-party print-on-demand network (Printify), which works with multiple independent manufacturers and carriers. Because of this:

• Production and shipping times vary by product, print provider, carrier, destination, and shipping method selected.
• Typical production times for most items range from approximately 2–7 business days after order submission, but can be longer depending on provider workload, product type, and time of year.
• Shipping delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout and the print provider’s location. Estimates may include:
  
  • Standard shipping: generally a few business days domestically and longer internationally.
  • Expedited or priority options (where available) may reduce delivery times but can cost more.
    

Because Printify’s network includes many providers with different carriers and fulfillment locations, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

Customers will see shipping estimates at checkout based on the selected product and destination, but these estimates are not guarantees.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that fulfillment and delivery times are approximate and subject to change based on Printify’s production schedules, carrier performance, customs delays (for international orders), or unforeseen supply issues.
