General Return & Refund Policy

Print-On-Demand & Final Sale

All items sold by BentFace are made to order using a print-on-demand process.

Because each product is custom-produced once an order is placed, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Items ordered in error
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

 

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To report an issue, please email:

support@enterbentface.com

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

If approved, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost in accordance with our manufacturer’s (Printify’s) policies.

 

Returns

Because our products are made to order, returns are not accepted.

Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Items returned without authorization will not be accepted or refunded.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If a replacement is approved due to a defect or error, a replacement item will be produced and shipped.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • A manufacturing defect is confirmed and
  • A replacement cannot be produced

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


European Union Orders

Orders shipped to the European Union are subject to our print-on-demand final sale policy.


Because all products are custom-made, the EU 14-day cooling-off period does not apply under Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive for personalized or made-to-order goods.
